I hope you enjoy it.<\/p>\n<p>As someone who comes from the sports and entertainment world, I view consumers from a different perspective than those who work in most &#8220;mainstream&#8221; businesses.<\/p>\n<p>In our industry, consumers are fans, viewers or listeners. But the reality is, they&#8217;re still very much consumers. The question is, should every other industry view their consumers as something more? Should they take a page out of our playbook and look at consumers the way we do?
